Worst service ever in my life, my suv was sold with a check engine light on it and it took 4months for them to keep it tell me it’s done I have the check engine light on once again and now the money I paid for it I can’t get back and the problem was never resolved. Do not I repeat do not buy any cars from this lot.

Bought a vehicle here. Suspension was completely shot to the point of being dangerous to operate on the highway. Took too long to get fixed, and it still wasn't fixed so I had to take it back again. Finally get the Suspension fixed and a month later the transmission takes a dump on me. Call to get it fixed and it was 200 miles past the warranty. I didn't have $5,000 for a transmission. Lost my job because I couldn't get to work. Surrendered the vehicle because I couldn't pay to fix it. Still owe $8,000 for a vehicle I don't get to drive.

Mike is an absolutely incredible human being who really cares about his customers. He walked me through the whole process of finding a car and getting the correct documents. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The other guys.. not so much. Mike promised a loaner car while the one I financed was being fixed. Went in for my appointment, and was told they no longer do loaner cars as of 2 days ago (although my appointment was scheduled beforehand). The younger bearded guy I interacted with was extremely rude and made comments about me to his coworkers in front of my face! Mike promptly gave me a loaner car as promised. He is the only one I would do a deal with here - everybody else is rude, condescending and don't seem to know what's going on.

Never buy from them. They guaranteed my car to pass echeck and it won’t because its modified around emissions. Told me it was supposed to be sold to a non echeck county owner. When I tried getting it plated they tried every work around and it failed. They said they’d fix it for me but it would all be replaced stock. When I called to set up that appointment they told me they won’t do it because it’ll cost too much money. Now they won’t return my calls. Never buy from them.

George Bort my salesman was courteous and helpful. The whole used car buying process was fantastic. What he promise to do was complete and while work was being done to the car, George allowed me to have a loaner car. I would highly recommend the George and the dealership.

WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR FROM!!! If u get a car u don't like and they tell you wait about a year to build credit and switch it out , DONT BELIEVE THEM... Also if ur check engine light comes on after a couple of days of purchase, it's goin to keep comin back on. I reccomend rightway on brookpark. They will make sure you dont leave without getting what you asked!
